Top Rated Dog Trainer in the St. Louis Area
Aaron Marmon is a professional dog trainer with over 10 years of experience working with every type of dog imaginable. He is deeply committed to helping dogs and their owners thrive together, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge to every training session.
Aaron’s background includes working with dogs during his service in the Army while assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, handling working dogs with an executive security firm, participating in hundreds of rescues as a handler with three different Search and Rescue teams, and training service dogs to assist individuals in need.
Aaron and his wife Carly are the proud parents of five boys—Ty, Memphis, Miles, Daniel, and Baron—and share their home with three dogs: Buster, Luna, and Nala, along with their cat, Blue Bell. Specializing in family dog training, Aaron has personally and professionally integrated dogs into family life, giving him unique insight into creating lasting bonds between dogs and their people.
Aaron’s professional journey began in Portland, Oregon, when he rescued two wolfdog puppies, Buster and Luna, who were born on his birthday and forever changed the trajectory of his life. Soon after adopting them, Aaron began working full-time at a local dog training company, quickly rising to head trainer while actively participating in Northern Oregon Search and Rescue. Luna became the first wolfdog certified in Search and Rescue in Oregon and possibly the entire country. A few years later, Aaron founded his own training company, as well as a boarding and daycare facility, on an 18-acre vegetable farm in Clackamas, Oregon.
In 2021, Aaron and his family moved back to the St. Louis area, where he was born and raised, bringing with him a wealth of dog training knowledge and experience. Today, he offers St. Louis a unique, family-centered approach to dog training that delivers reliable, world-class results, matching or exceeding the outcomes of any trainer in the country.
